The aim - to expand their customer base in a relatively crowded market providing photo books to the everyday consumer.

The initial marketing tactic of email marketing did not prove successful and they turned to Konzepts to manage their Social Media channels, which had been woefully neglected.

Not only is 43.9% of their website traffic now generated via Social Media, compared to 3.6% in the previous year.

The overall number of website visitors has also increased from an average of below 100 per month to an average of over 200 per month. 25% are returning customers, whilst 75% are new customers.
